    Follow these steps to use the safe box: Enter a four-digit password and the green light will turn on. If you enter the wrong password, the red light will light up and you will hear "please try again". 

    Turn the knob clockwise to open the door. If the green light is on for about 10 seconds, you'll hear a creak as the door opens. If the door has been open for more than 10 seconds, the green light goes off and beeps every 20 seconds. To stop the beeping, close the door. 

    Put the paper money into the mouth of the paper money. The paper money can be entered directly. Then you can withdraw money directly by pressing the code. When you are finished, close the door and lock it. To change your password, follow these steps: Enter the current password (original password 0000) to open the safe door. Long connect "*" key, indicator light flashes. Enter the new 4-digit password within 15 seconds, press "#" to confirm the storage of the new password, and the light will stop flashing. 

    Note: if the new password is not entered within 15 seconds, the program will stop and must be restarted. Release the "*" button and close the door. Bleep or voice: enter your current password and open the door Push the switch (back of the door) left or right to set the beeping or talking sound and close the safe cabinet door.

    Returns & Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
